To insure someone is available to assist you, make an appointment first.
If you have not received services from us before or within the past year, request an appointment for a needs assessment using the button below. Once we have reviewed your request, if we have the capacity to take on an additional client and you meet one of our service criteria, one of us will send you an invitation to make an appointment to come in.
If you are an existing client, emailing the person you want to reach directly is the best method to use as calls often go unanswered when the office is busy or any of us are out of the office. If you don't know the email of the person you want to reach, call the general phone number provided below then follow the prompts to leave a message.
