COMPREHENSIVE ASSISTANCE FOR SILICON VALLEY RESIDENTS

Midtown navigates families in crisis to stable housing, sustained employment, and self-sufficiency

Our holistic approach supports families through comprehensive needs assessment, financial coaching, employment coaching, legal counseling, and assistance locating and applying for emergency financial assistance, childcare, and other needed services.

PROTECTING THE FAMILY UNIT

We connect families with stable housing, financial assistance and comprehensive support services

If immediate financial assistance or shelter services are needed to get or stay housed, we will help identify what resources are appropriate for each individual or family's situation, help them gather the required documentation, and submit the necessary application, staying engaged until needs are met.

Step 1

At-risk families and individuals contact us

West San Jose and Campbell residents who are homeless or-at risk of becoming homeless are encouraged to contact us through the Apply for Services button on our Programs page.

Step 2

We evaluate their circumstances

We connect with potential clients to determine what is needed to achieve economic, social, and housing self-sufficiency.

Step 3

We help families obtain needed assistance

We help our client gather and prepare the required documents and submit their applications to the appropriate agencies.

Step 4

We stay engaged throughout the process

Whether it takes weeks or months, we are always at our client's service to make sure they get the support they need.
